All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

When will I be charged?
When you place your order your card will be authorised, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Payment will be taken first when we dispatched your order and send it from our warehouse. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and you will get notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you can't use it for a short period.

Is it safe to order online?
At Fits All, payment security is one of the most important things. We wish for our customers to fell entirely safe when shopping on Bestsellershop.com. Therefore, we use a security system called 3D Secure ("Verified by Visa", Mastercard SecureCode and J/Secure) on all credit card purchases. This system prevents your credit card from being fraudulently used by others.
When you choose to pay by credit card on Bestsellershop.com, you might get redirected to your bank to verify your credit card.
Many banks ask for you to create a password which will automatically be registered by your bank. After creating the password, only you will be able to use the credit card for online shopping. Please notice that it may also be necessary to use the same password in other internet stores with 3D Secure. If you have already created a password for the credit card, you will be asked to type in this password when shopping on Bestsellershop.com. 3D Secure is an external security system which means that Bestsellershop.com will have no knowledge about your password. All information regarding your credit card is sent through a secure encrypted connection so that no one can see or re-create your credit card information.

How do I return an item?
We try to make sure everything we sell will make you happy, but if you ever do need to send anything back to us, you can find return instructions at the return note that will be put in your package, or check out our Returns Policy. When you send us something back, it is important that you save your return tracking number, as this proves that you sent it back to us if it gets lost in transit.
In case you want to return an item you bought at bestsellershop.com it is not possible to return the item to a physical store.

When will I receive my refund?
We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please allow 2-30 days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with. We will credit your refund to the same credit card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we will send your refund through a bank transfer and please send our customer service your bank account information.
